Hello lovely people, I hope you’re surviving April! As I've had lots of time to read and watch some shows, I thought I would share some books, theatre stuff, music and online content I’ve been enjoying whilst inside! If you have any suggestions or ideas, leave a comment below! Have a lovely week! Xx

I finished the book in a matter of days (it’s only a few hundred pages) and loved how sentimental it
was. This is definitely one of my favourite magical realism books, so I would recommend it to anyone interested in the fantasy genre of literature.
Blurb - ‘Kawaguchi’s beautiful, moving story explores the age-old question: what would you change if you could travel back in time? More importantly, who would you want to meet, maybe for one last time?’
This wonderful book unlocks some of God’s attributes and his calling to Christians to be like him. Even though it is a Christian book, I would still recommend to non-Christians interested in the faith, because it goes into great detail to explaining the wonderful qualities of a wonderful God.

Books
In the time we lost - Carrie Hope Fletcher
This beautiful book by Carrie Hope Fletcher tells the story of Luna Lark, an author who moves to a tiny village called Ondingside off the coast of Scotland. Escaping from a difficult situation, she hopes to start again in this town - but nothing is what it seems. When she meets Beau, a handsome coffee shop owner, she is suddenly faced with an unwanted romantic dilemma but perhaps an opportunity to find love once again? Above all, it is a tale of romance and healing, a delightful read and magical story. Before the Coffee Gets Cold - Toshikazu Kawaguchi
A heart wrenching read by Kawaguchi, this story tells of a tiny cafe in the backstreets of Tokyo that holds a decades old secret - the chance to travel in back in time and speak to one person from your past. However, there are multiple rules to this process, and disobeying them would result in seriously unflattering consequences.I finished the book in a matter of days (it’s only a few hundred pages) and loved how sentimental it
was. This is definitely one of my favourite magical realism books, so I would recommend it to anyone interested in the fantasy genre of literature.

In His Image - Jen Wilkin
Blurb - ‘In His Image explores 10 attributes of God that Christians are called to reflect—they are to be holy, loving, just, good, merciful, gracious, faithful, patient, truthful, and wise. This book allows readers to discover freedom and purpose in becoming all that God made them to be.’This wonderful book unlocks some of God’s attributes and his calling to Christians to be like him. Even though it is a Christian book, I would still recommend to non-Christians interested in the faith, because it goes into great detail to explaining the wonderful qualities of a wonderful God.

The legend that is Andrew Lloyd Webber is releasing one of his musicals onto YouTube too! Last weekend, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat was streamed and a new production will be posted on Friday and available for 48h.
Starry
An enchanting musical based on the lives of Theo and Vincent Van Gogh. With an incredible cast including Dylan Saunders, Mariah Rose Faith and Joe Viba, the songs will make you laugh, cry and want to listen again and again! The soundtrack is available on Spotify and Apple Music but recordings of live performances can be found on YouTube too.Blogs and Digital Content
